1. The first Plan Commissioner Network meeting of 2015 is scheduled for Wednesday, February 25, 2015, 6:30-8:00pm, @ JP Coughlin Center, Oshkosh. Our discussion topic: Zoning Code Enforcement – please feel free to invite your zoning administrator and bring your questions and approaches used. This will be a discussion about roles, successes and challenges in enforcing your zoning code.

3. Zoning educational presentations are now online! The Center for Land Use Education has made available short video presentations about basic planning and zoning topics as well as special topics such as conditional uses and variances. 4. We had over 60 people from 3 counties, 4 cities, 11 towns and 2 villages attend the January 29th Zoning Board of Appeals training. It was a great turnout. Thanks to all the participants for a nice evening of learning together, and the Center for Land Use Education, Outagamie County UW-Extension and Winnebago County UW-Extension for sponsoring and teaching!
