AGE: Open to all youth in grades K – 13 who are members of an organized youth group under adult leadership.
GENERAL GUIDELINES:
- The Creative Arts Festival is a family event. Family and friends of all ages are welcome to attend.
- Watch your email for more information regarding the 4-H Regional Communication Arts Contest.
- Each participant will be judged face-to-face immediately following the presentation.
- All entries must have a title.
