2017 Wisconsin Act 59 removed the sunset date of January 1, 2020 on weight related statutes for Implements of Husbandry and Agricultural Commercial Motor Vehicles (Ag CMV) or 2-vehicle combination transporting by trailer or semitrailer an IoH or Ag CMV to or from a farm related destination.

This means the 23,000 pound per axle and 92,000 gvw  to or from farm-related destination will remain in effect after January 1, 2020.  It also means permits may continue to be carried in an electronic format after January 1, 2020.

Weight table 348.15(g) is the reference for IoH, Ag CMV or a 2-vehicle combination transporting by trailer or semitrailer an IoH or Ag CMV to or from a farm-related destination.
