UW-Madison Extension & UW-River Falls Farm Management Specialist Simon Jette-Nantel provides a statewide overview of agricultural land values/prices across Wisconsin based on a statistical analysis of more than 8,000 actual sales from 2009-2019, including land values versus rental rates, influencing factors, and implications for agriculture.

Fond du Lac County agriculture land sales ranged from $4,970 per acre average in the Town of Friendship to a high of $6,400 per acre average in the Township of Calumet. Continue reading
