Some of the toughest customers out there are the ones between you and your end-users: retailers. We are picky, time-strapped, overworked, and hard to impress. Some of us think we know it all and most of us think we’ve seen it all. Given all of that, it can be intimidating to get your products into the retail environment, especially in larger businesses. In this session, we want to have a conversation about some basic steps to take in your business and with your products to help you proceed with confidence into your future engagements with retailers and feel ready to address their many needs and concerns.
