Volunteer Management – Identification
The process of finding people who have the competence and attitudes essential to fill specific leadership positions. This includes the identification of county 4-H program needs and the volunteer roles to meet those needs, targeted recruiting for volulnteers, identifying potential volunteers, and completion of a volunteer application.
