TJ is a founding board member of BTEC, steering committee member and President of Heating the Midwest, part of DATCP’s Bioenergy Advisory Council, member of North Central Technical College’s Wood Technology Advisory Committee and many other forestry, heating and pellet fuel industry networks throughout the U.S. to advocate for efficient, renewable wood heating. As V.P. at Marth he helped facilitate growth for over 18 years in biomass heating pellets, bedding, wood flour, operations, management and business development. He’s currently working on a variety of business endeavors in biomass and other areas such as Natural Gas consulting.

Sabina has worked on woody biomass supply chain analysis for optimizing delivery cost, wood fuel sourcing and demand supply analysis. She has also worked with several bioenergy plants to determine available biomass quantity and cost for their plant use. She received a B.S. in Forest Resource Science from Tribhuvan University in Nepal, and M.Sc. in Forest Resource Science from the Wood Science and Technology Department at West Virginia University.
