Citizenship Washington Focus (CWF), is National 4 H Council’s premier leadership and citizenship program for high-school age students. While it typically takes place in Washington, D.C., this year it will be held in a virtual format. (CWF will return to in-person programming in the Washington, D.C. metro area in Summer 2022.)
