The Children’s Christmas Benefit is once again happening this year. We would really like to help them out with food donations. We will be collecting peanut butter and jelly. Please bring your collections to the November Jr. & Sr. Council Meeting or take them to the Orfordville American Legion the night of the benefit. 

Children’s Christmas Benefit

The Children’s Christmas Benefit is an opportunity to help those who are less fortunate in Rock County. Please consider helping on the dates, times and locations listed below.

Thurs., Dec. 2, 6:00 p.m. 4-H members and volunteers are invited to decorate the Orfordville American Legion Hall, 3913 S. State Road 213, Orfordville.

Sat., Dec. 4, 9:00 a.m.-5:00p.m. Drop off food donations, cookies and/or desserts at the Orfordville American Legion Hall, 3913 S. State Road 213, Orfordville.

Sat., Dec. 4, 4:00 p.m.-10:00 p.m. Volunteers needed to serve the meal at the Orfordville American Legion Hall, 3913 S. State Road 213, Orfordville. (Most help needed from 4:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m.) Also need volunteers to prepare cookie/dessert trays.

Mon., Dec. 16, 6:00 p.m. Drop off food donations at the Janesville Innovation Center, Dock Door 170, 2949 W. Venture Dr. Janesville WI 53546.

Mon., Dec. 13-Tues., Dec. 14, Wed., Dec. 15, starting at 6:00 p.m. Volunteers needed to sort/pack gifts for Christmas deliveries at the Janesville Innovation Center, Dock Door 170, 2949 W. Venture Dr. Janesville WI 53546.
