If your answer is, “Yes,” please let your friend know that new members can join anytime. . .

However, if your friend wants to exhibit at the Rock County 4-H Fair (Tues., July 27-Sun., Aug. 1) as a Rock County 4-H Member (kindergarten through the year following *high school graduation), the time to enroll is now–before 11:59 p.m. on Sun., Feb. 28!
