Enroll in 4-H for the 2024-2025 4-H Year!
It’s time to enroll in Rock County 4-H!
The new 4-H year starts October 1, 2024 and ends September 30, 2025.
Deadline for re-enrolling 4-H Cloverbuds, Members and Volunteers is November 1, 2024.
New 4-H Cloverbuds, Members and Volunteers are welcome to enroll anytime and it’s best to enroll by December 1, 2024.
Please follow the directions below to enroll this year.
New 4-H Enrollments
Please see the 2024-2025 Rock County 4-H Project Guide for enrollment information, 4-H Club contact information, list of projects, descriptions, links to project literature to purchase from Shop 4-H and important deadlines. Please contact the 4-H Club Leader for more information including how much fees will be (fees are due no later than December 1, 2024 to the 4-H Club).
To enroll in 4-H, log into 4HOnline.
If your family is new to 4-H, click on “Don’t have an account” below the 4-H Online box.
Then you’ll see “Create Your Account Step 1 of 3”
In the drop-down menu of states, select “Wisconsin.”
In the “Select an Institution” box, click on “Wisconsin 4-H Youth Development.”
Next, you’ll see “Create Your Account Step 2 of 3”
Then, “Select County/Parish.” From the drop-down menu, select “Rock.”
Finally, you’ll see “Create Your Account Step 3 of 3”
Complete the form using an email address you check regularly, and remember your password that you create.

If you are an adult who is enrolling as a 4-H Volunteer, please read the section below labeled Additional 4-H Volunteer Enrollment/Re-enrollment Information.
4-H Cloverbud and Member Re-Enrollment
Please see the 2024-2025 Rock County 4-H Project Guide for enrollment information, 4-H Club contact information, list of projects, descriptions, links to project literature to purchase from Shop 4-H and important deadlines. Please contact the 4-H Club Leader for more information including how much fees will be (fees are due no later than December 1, 2024 to the 4-H Club).

To re-enroll in 4-H, log into 4HOnline with your email and password. (If you can’t recall your password, click on “Reset password” and you will receive an email with further information.) Please do not create another account. If you have a question, simply email the 4-H Program Associate, Tammy, at the Rock County Extension Office.
Please carefully review the prefilled cells with information including emails, phone numbers, physical addresses to make sure they are current.
If a 4-H member knows enough about a project area to be a youth leader, please choose that option when enrolling by selecting that from the Youth Volunteer Type dropdown box and click the “Add” button.

4-H Volunteer Re-Enrollment

Deadline for re-enrolling 4-H Volunteers is November 1, 2024.

Additional 4-H Volunteer Enrollment/Re-enrollment Volunteer Type Information
When you get to the Volunteer drop-down menu, you’ll have the opportunity to select one or more of the following Volunteer Types.
Volunteer Type – Club Volunteer
Please choose at least one of the below. Then the list of 4-H Clubs will appear. If you are not involved with a community 4-H Club, choose “Undesignated Club.”
Club Leader (Organizational/General)
Only choose this option if you will be the 4-H Club Leader (Club Chair), usually one or two per club.
Club Activity Leader
Choose this option if you serve on the 4-H Club’s Advisory Board or will provide leadership for activities (fundraising, sports, music & drama, etc.).
Club Project Leader
Choose this option if you will provide 4-H project leadership. When you choose this option, the list of Rock County 4-H projects will appear for you to make your selection(s).
Club Enrollment Coordinator
Only choose this option if you are not the 4-H Club Leader and will be in charge of 4HOnline for the 4-H Club you enroll in.
Volunteer Type – County Program Volunteer
County Activity Leader Choose this option if you will lead an activity at the county level (i.e. communication arts fest, volleyball, etc.).
County Committee Member
Choose this option if you will serve on a county committee (i.e. camp, communication arts, softball, etc.).
Overnight Adult Advisor
Choose this option if you plan to volunteer for overnight experiences including camps, trips that are two or more days.
Single Day Adult Advisor/Chaperone
Choose this option if you will chaperone a day trip (i.e. zoo, museum).
Volunteer Type – Project Volunteer
Key Leader
Only choose this option if you’ve previously been the Key Leader for a project or are voted as the Key Leader by the Project Committee.
County Project Committee Member
Choose this option if you are willing to be part of a County Project Committee.
Resource Leader
We don’t use this option in Rock County.
