Adult Mental Health First Aid Training

4-H Adult Volunteers, parents and other adults are invited to attend the Adult Mental Health First Aid Training at no cost. Adult Mental Health First Aid is designed to teach caring adults how to help an adult (age 18 and older) who is experiencing a mental health or addictions challenge, or is in crisis.

Youth Mental Health First Aid Training

Youth Mental Health First Aid is designed to teach caring adults how to help an adolescent (age 12-18) who is experiencing a mental health or addictions challenge, or is in crisis.
