One of our favorite National 4-H Week posts this week was highlighting when celebrity Chef Aarón Sánchez and NC 4-H’er Guillermo Estrada teamed up for Hispanic Heritage Month to make chicken with a “Chipotle Love” sauce and sauteed hominy with pico de gallo.
