Have you, or someone you know, always wanted to see what it is like behind the scenes at Wisconsin State Fair? This is your opportunity! The Agriculture Department is hiring hardworking and fun individuals (and lodging may be available)! The 2021 Wisconsin State Fair dates are August 5-15. Available positions include:
- Ag Base Staff (17+) -Setting up and assisting during livestock shows, directing vehicles during animal changeover, misc. other tasks.
- Gate 5 Staff (17+) -Directing traffic, answering exhibitor questions, monitor vehicles entering and exiting WSF grounds.
- Discovery Barnyard Staff (17+) -Oversee educational stations, educate the public, and care for animals in the exhibit.
- Offsite Exhibitor Parking Lot Staff (18+) –Assist with parking vehicles and livestock trailers and monitor vehicles.
- Scooper Trooper (18+) –Shoveling manure out of barns, during livestock shows, and keeping grounds clean.
