January 25, 2025: Winter Sports Day

Join us for an exciting Winter Sports Day to explore the outdoors and learn about winter recreation opportunities!

  • What: Youth will explore outdoor activities at Upham Woods! Drop your youth off for winter fun with the Upham Woods Outdoor Educators!
    • Includes
      • Activities: Snowshoeing, Broomball, Outdoor Survival
        • use of snowshoes worn over winter boots included
      • Food: Lunch and an afternoon snack.
  • Who:  Ages 7-11 (on the day of the event)
  • When: Saturday, January 25, 2025, from 10 AM – 3 PM
    • Drop-off window: 9:30 – 10 AM
    • Pick-up window: 3 – 3:30 PM

What to bring from home: Snow boots, snow pants, snow gloves, winter hat, warm winter coat
Accessibility notes: Activities involve walking (with and without snowshoes) on uneven terrain and running outside in snow.
