Kid-Friendly Food
Leave the cooking to us! Upham Woods offers a variety of group and kid-friendly, family-style meals served right in the center of the main camp. Lunch and dinner menus include many youth favorites and a nutritious salad bar. Hot, cold, and sack meals are available to best suit the needs of your group. We are well-versed in food allergens and dietary needs and can accommodate many special requests.
Not a youth group? Not to worry!
Upgraded catering menus for all meals are available upon request. Adult groups also have the option to have their meals served buffet-style.
With the Upham Woods food service, your group enjoys these benefits:
- Meal preparation, cooking, serving, and clean-up are all done for your group;
- Confidence in knowing that your meals are prepared by food service professionals trained in food allergens and food handling regulations and certified by the State of Wisconsin ANSI-CFP approved ServSafe food safety program;
- Meal service is billed with the rest of your camp experience.

Food service is required for groups of 15 or more people.
Smaller groups may also elect to purchase food service, but they will be billed the 15-person minimum for all meals.
The above rates are for standard food service served in the dining hall only.
Conference Group Catering Rates
Food/Catering for Conference Groups: Upham Woods Catering has first right of refusal for groups larger than 15.
Our complete meal prices are well under the maximum rates for the State of Wisconsin and UW-Madison-hosted meals, as shown below.
Our A La Carte items make great snacks or refreshments.
