Food/Catering for Conference Groups: Upham Woods Catering has first right of refusal for groups larger than 15.

Our complete meal prices are well under the maximum rates for the State of Wisconsin and UW-Madison-hosted meals, as shown below. Our A La Carte items make great snacks or refreshments.
- Breakfast: $12.00 per person
- Lunch: $12.00 per person
- Dinner: $15.00 per person
Make a Reservation: You can book our meeting spaces using our online reservation request form. Please review availability before booking. Upon submitting your request, you will receive a confirmation email, followed by an email with a facility use agreement for your confirmed dates and services. Please note that reservation requests for conferences and retreats should be received a minimum of 45 days before your event and can be submitted up to 12 months before.
