Kid-Friendly Food
Leave the cooking to us! Upham Woods offers a variety of group and kid-friendly, family-style meals served right in the center of the main camp. Lunch and dinner menus include many youth favorites and a nutritious salad bar. Hot, cold, and sack meals are available to best suit the needs of your group. We are well-versed in food allergens and dietary needs and can accommodate many special requests.
Not a youth group? Not to worry!
Upgraded catering menus for all meals are available upon request. Adult groups also have the option to have their meals served buffet-style.
With the Upham Woods food service, your group enjoys these benefits:
- Meal preparation, cooking, serving, and clean-up are all done for your group;
- Confidence in knowing that your meals are prepared by food service professionals trained in food allergens and food handling regulations and certified by the State of Wisconsin ANSI-CFP approved ServSafe food safety program;
- Meal service is billed with the rest of your camp experience.

Food Service Rates
Rates Effective 4/27/21
All meal rates are non-negotiable. Any adjustments to the rates must be requested and approved in writing by the Administrative Assistant Director before contract signing.

Food service is available for groups of 20 or more people. Smaller groups may also elect to purchase food service, but they will be billed the 20-person minimum for all meals. Rates shown above are for standard food service only, upgraded menus may be subject to additional charges.

Ensure you’ve filled out and returned the Food Service Agreement Form, no later than 30 days before your visit.
