Upham Woods Planning Calendar

Use the following calendar to determine the available dates to schedule a group visit to Upham Woods.

Calendar Terminology Guide

  • Blank/White Space: Date is available for programming and/or conference groups with lodging in cabins and dorms
  • Not Available: Due to physical and staff capacity or a short timeline, any dates listed for this are unavailable for any reservation.
  • Conference Space Available (Day Use Only): Our conference/meeting rooms are available for day use, but no lodging is available onsite for the conference group.
  • Conference Space Available (with Lodging): Our conference/meeting rooms are available for day use. However, no lodging is available onsite for the conference group; the lodging option will be included in parentheses.
  • Programming Partial Availability (Groups # or less): We have programming groups available depending on group size; the maximum group size we can facilitate will be listed in parentheses.

Booking your Programming or Conference Group: Identify available dates, then complete an online reservation request. You can provide up to 4 sets of dates* for your visit. When assigning reservations, Upham Woods takes a first-come, first-serve approach based on when reservation requests are fully submitted. There is some delay between receiving requests and sending agreements, so availability may vary slightly.

To secure dates, you must submit a reservation request. 


*The dates provided should be actual dates that you can visit Upham Woods if we need to move to your 2nd choice or beyond. 

Booking Timelines: You may submit requests up to 12 months before your intended visit and no less than 60 days in advance for Programming Groups (Youth Day or Overnight)  or  45 days for Conference Groups (note: pending reservation requests may not be reflected on the Planning Calendar for up to 10 days).

What to Expect: Once your requested dates have been approved, you will receive a Facility Use and Program Facilitation Agreement that must be signed and returned within 30 days (return timeline may be shorter depending on the time remaining before the visit), along with a deposit; a separate invoice for your deposit will be sent to the billing contact or primary group contact (if no billing contact is listed) on your reservation request.
